Blending is followed by ageing in stainless steel tanks for about 3 months on the lees from the end of fermentation.
An assertive Chiaretto, with a full body and good balance between acidity and sapidity. Very lingering. It has a distinctive pink lychee colour.
Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with salads, delicate pasta dishes and white meat.
