Grape varieties Corvina (60%), Corvinone (20%), Rondinella(15%), Molinara (5%).
Ruby red in color with high intensity. The nose gushing with black cherries, raisins and currants. Limited wood influence with a little vanilla and slight spiciness of wood. In the mouth an enourmous wealth with a very round on, a soft creamy texture but powerful, yet very elegant with refined acids. Great finish with pleasant tannins.
Excellent when served with wild game, spit, meat, roasts and matured cheeses. It is advised to uncork the bottle one hour before drinking. Serving temperature 16 – 18°C.
