Our 3-year-old rum is a product of collaboration - conceived in California, aged in Florida, rested in Minnesota. Left in ex- rye barrels, our aged rum embraces the American whiskey tradition, adding a slight dryness to our caramel and vanilla notes.
Distilled in a pot still from molasses produced from Floridian sugar cane. Aged in ex-rye barrels and bottled at 44% abv. Free of any additives or artificial colors. Excellent neat or in classic cocktails.
Easily evident flavors including banana and mango. Hints of vanilla and cocoa can be detected in a lingering taste. Spicy and smoky tones derived from our unique Rye wash.
